Technical characteristics

1 the system is environmentally friendly, energy saving, waste oil regeneration project, is for the benefit of human-engineered;

2: the system treated as GB 150N base oil (equivalent to United States standards of API Group II base oil).

3: do not add any chemical additives during processing, end of operation cost;

4: as a result of atmospheric and vacuum distillation technology, processing oil temperatures well below the distillation under normal pressure, reducing process energy consumption, saving processing costs;

5: used for processing of oil as coolant for heat exchange, when preheated oil for processing, while guaranteeing the system cooling requirements, therefore, substantial water savings, and to preheat the oil for processing.

6 the whole reasonable structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, processed residue can be used as fuel or for any other purpose.

7: direct heating method, improve work efficiency, reduced heat loss and save energy.

8 adopt other ways to deal with oil heating (preprocessed residue can be used as a fuel to heat), should indicate when ordering.
